Our Story

The seed was planted when Fran’s (the founder of Cookies On Call!) husband  Jim enthusiastically announced “these are the best cookies I’ve ever tasted!” Who knew a compliment would begin the journey of a lifetime?!

I (Abby) purchased Cookies On Call! from Fran in October of 2021. I had been with Fran since March of 2012. I had just graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Business/Hotel Management. Over the years I have learned so much from Fran from how to decorate cakes, the importance of the right ingredients, treating customers like family, and the importance of working hard to keep the business going.

This year, we celebrate 18 years and honor our customers who are the stakeholders in our business. Their loyalty and encouragement has brought us to this milestone.

As the adventure continues, friends, family and loyal customers remain and invite others to become a part of the cheering section, still shaking their pom-poms for the cookie shop.

Realizing a dream and taking a life changing step is possible only when the main ingredient is love, mixed with the premium ingredient, friends. What sprung from a comment became "Cookies On Call: The best chocolate chunk cookies made with love.”
